Because the wake for Holyoke Firefighter Jonathan (Jono) Robert is scheduled for this Thursday, Mayoral Candidate Joshua Garcia will not be participating in Thursday’s candidates’ debate sponsored by the Taxpayer Association and the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce. Out of respect for the Robert family, the Holyoke Fire Department, and all who are grieving the death of Jono Robert, we are canceling all campaign activity for that day. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jono’s family.
